President Halford added a Labor and Commerce Committee referral to                                  
SENATE BILL NO. 37 "An Act relating to collective negotiation by                                    
physicians with health benefit plans; and to health benefit plan                                    
contracts with individual competing physicians."                                                    
                                                                                                    
The bill was referred to the Judiciary, then Labor and Commerce and                                 
Finance Committees.
